The NSCC recently announced in its newsletter that its Junior Vice President, Terry Bolsher of Aarsleff Piling has become one of the first contractors to take up the CSCS SmartCard.

Terry, a Federation of Piling Specialists (FPS) member said:

“The ability to demonstrate competence by bringing together all an individual’s qualifications and relevant training onto one SmartCard shows that the industry is serious about qualifying its workforce.  Over the next five years, every CSCS cardholder will go ‘smart’, which will be a huge step forward for the industry’s card scheme”
